e-Health and Telemedicine (eHT) Workshop
15th and 16th November 2007
The Centre of Excellence in e-Medicine is holding its annual e-Health and Telemedicine (eHT) workshop.
eHT introduces participants to telemedicine technology and rural and remote health care delivery. Participants will examine the types of advanced technologies which are fast becoming commonplace. The workshop includes:
- Medical Informatics
- Nursing Informatics
- Clinical Decision Support Systems
- Project Management
- Electronic Patient Records
- Internet and Telemedicine
There will be paper presentations, interactive classes followed by participant presentations. This workshop also includes site visits where the participants will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with a variety of e-Health techniques and equipment and to interact with experts in the field.
ACCREDITATION
National CPD/CME Accreditation available from:
- RANZCO - 7 points per day
- OAA - 16 points
- RACGP - 30 points (Category 1)
National CPD/CME Accreditation will soon be available from:
- RCNA
- ACRRM
International participants will be able to receive CME/CPD points from:
- Singapore Medical Council
- Indonesian Medical Association
- (More International Accreditation Bodies will be added)
