2009 Ian Constable LectureMonday 5th October, 2009
The annual Ian Constable Lecture acknowledges the contributions of Professor Ian Constable AO, founding Professor of Ophthalmology at The University of Western Australia (UWA) and Managing Director of the Lions Eye Institute.
The Lions Eye Institute is pleased to announce that this year's lecture will be presented by Professor Anne Kelso, Director of the World Health Organisation (WHO) Collaborating Centre for Reference and Research on Influenza. Professor Kelso’s research interest and areas of expertise are immunology, especially T-cell activation and function.All are welcome to this free lecture. Tickets are available from the Octagon Theatre Box Office at UWA and are essential to gain entry.
