Melissa Harika is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Lions Eye Institute. She brings over 19 years of experience across the government, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors. In the past three years, she has worked with Big 4 consulting firms KPMG and Deloitte Australia, advising both government and private sector clients. Her expertise includes financial management, governance, reporting, and finance transformation. Melissa is a member of CPA Australia and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Chartered Secretary.
