From September 2025, the Lions Eye Institute commenced upgrades to the Clinic and Day Surgery complex on the second floor at our Nedlands location, which are likely to continue over the next 18 months to 2 years.
The second-floor clinic will be relocated to the first floor and ground floor clinics. Our Day Surgery and Laser Vision facility will still be operational during the first stages of the upgrades.

Will my clinic location change?
Yes. All doctors who usually consult on the second floor will be relocated to either the first floor clinic or ground floor clinic.
How will I know where to go for my appointment?
Your text message reminder will specify which clinic floor you should attend.
Should I bring anything to my child's appointment?
Yes, we recommend packing snacks, drinks, and something to keep your child entertained during the appointment, such as books, coloring materials, or small toys.
Will the other clinic floors be busier?
Yes. We anticipate increased activity on the first and ground floors as they accommodate more patients and staff.
How do I access Day Surgery during renovations?
Use the lift to the second floor. Upon exiting, you’ll enter a hoarding tunnel to reach Day Surgery.
